Understanding your needs and expectations is the first step of our relationship. You can call or send us your requirements through our “finding me a car” form on which you will be able to define the specifications of the vehicle you are looking for.
We truly believe there is no limit or boundaries on quality and standards. On receipt of your request, we will start our research and circulate your specifications to our numerous partners and dealerships thoughout Europe in order to find quickly the finest models that meet your requirements.
Each vehicle selected is independently and fully inspected by our team through a very accurate process. We first make sure that the car has a full and authentic service history and that all checks related to the model concerned have been carried out on ownership and on the specifications before suggesting the vehicle to you. After which we can carry out an inspection through our rigorous technical, functional analysis ensuring that the car is accident-free and prepared to the highest standards.
After a successful inspection, we will provide you with a purchasing order stating all the characteristics of the vehicle, our service and the total price of the transaction. We will then require a deposit as commitment to proceed and the balance will be payable on delivery.
Following the signing of your purchasing order and the receipt of your deposit, we will supervise the preparation of the car and will take care of all the formalities thus delivering to you a French registered vehicle that is up to our highest standards. Exceptionally, if the vehicle does not conform to all the terms of our purchasing order, we will fully refund your deposit.
We offer all our customers a Minimum of twelve Months Warranty covering major Mechanical, Electric and Electronic components with an assistance for the conveyance of the vehicle directly to the brand dealer. The Warranty can be extended according to your wishes but in every case the team of Elegance-Car will remain your sole point of contact and will provide suitable and timely solutions to ensure the continuity of our service.
Aware that our clients expect to acquire unique examples at the time of purchase, Elegance Car is working in partnership with the most skilled and meticulous craftsmen as body workers, mechanics and upholsterers capable of translating your tastes and preferences into a car that reflects your character.
If you wish we can ask for a certified appraiser to appraise your vehicle in order to provide an official estimate to ensure a complete recognition of the car’s value based on the history, the features and condition. The report will offer an added value to the car’s history and will be sent to your insurance company thereby giving you optimum cover.
